VIOLA THE APARTMENT is a residential project comprising of all the leisure amenities along with luxurious apartments and 2 Penthouse at the top. Each apartment contains 5 BHK exclusive living spaces, overlooking the breathtaking river view.

As here Viola is a genus of flowering plants in the violet family that represent Richness, Power, and Strength as sometime decency through the allusion of its little corolla, so to incorporate all this into the design we created respective, repetitive frames to the glass facade along with the symbolic cut of flowers to the solid face of the building.

Situated in a universally known textile hub surat, this building is served by the largest ring road flyover. Considering its name, this building façade is designed to showcase a world map on its surface. A world map profile is elevated from the perforated base plane and backlighted to highlight the profile. The use of materials such as zinc panel, funder max sheet, and granite gives it a beautiful aesthetic.

” E X P R E S S I O N S ” This sumptuous 5500 SQ.FT sample flat comprises of a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining space, 4 bedrooms, mini private pool and a home theatre.Considering a “classical” design approach, the prime focus was to create an overall soothing feel to spaces which has been achieved by using calm and neutral shades in the interior.

The beauty of ” Classical Design” lies in the little things, hence there is a generous use of intricate details and patterns in the furniture, walls, floors and ceilings, adding charm to the overall ambiance. Also, the crystal chandeliers, hangings and classical decor elements give a celestic experience to the whole space. This home is the true ” EXPRESSION ” of luxury and elegance.

This home has been designed for a modern joint family residing in Mumbai. We have formulated this apartment based on the custom requirements of each occupant who was going to use this place. Its plan consists of entrance foyer, living room, kitchen dining, pooja room and 4 bedrooms. The clients had requirement for storage spaces, hence they have been smartly infused in furniture preventing the rooms from looking cluttered and make the maximum possible use of the available space. The living room has a modern and luxurious appeal, while each bedroom has been constituted as per the specific liking and interest of the occupant. The master bedroom has been designed in a neo – classical, to achieve an overall luxurious and elegant impact. The parent’s bedroom has been designed in minimal and modern way using warm and neutral colour palette to experience a cozy and calm environment. The family has 2 young kids-a son and a daughter who had very specific liking and demands, hence their respective rooms have been designed entirely on their interests. The son bedroom was designed on “cars “ theme whereas the daughter’s bedroom was designed on the “ princess “ theme. Each and every detail in their furniture, to selection of material and colour palette has been precisely taken care of. This home is reflection of the nature of clients.

ICON BUSINESS CENTRE is situated at epicenter of Surat, and is a perfect fusion of form & function. The showrooms are enhanced with full glass façade to optimize branding and visibility. The project rests on a sound ecological concept. Double Glass Units system are implemented in the façade to provide thermal and sound insulation. Elevated floor line from the wall cladded with the zinc breaks the consistent rigid feel of glass pattens. More to that, stacking of different sized cubes, forms multilevel terraces for the outdoor café and restaurant sitting space, which also gives the advantage of splendid surrounding view.

These weekend homes are sited away from the humdrum of the city, a place where guest can sit in solitude and interact with the nature and can also find peace in each of its constituents. The overall planning comprises of 16 villas with a common clubhouse building .We have tried to take a step towards sustainability by incorporating IGBC standards in our design. In order to achieve it we have used light gauge steel frames (LGSF )having high seismic tolerance, eco friendly cladding materials and low VOC paints in the interiors. The villas have been planned in a way that they receive a fair amount of natural light and ventilation, also each villa has its own small landscape, bearing plantation and water body which helps to reduce the thermal temperature leading to an energy efficient entity.

SNS SPARKLE is a commercial building. Our challenge was to make it look distinct from the surrounding , at a same time making it look less complex. The façade is carefully designed keeping the functionality of the internal activities is mind. The circular staircase shaft has been covered by glass panels to get some natural light inside and get a view of the surroundings. Rest of the part is cladded in earthy terracotta tiles, which is an amalgamation of rectangular entrance block and geometrically aligned openings.

“SOLARIS THE ADDRESS” is the commercial building facade design project that is located at the edge of city’s main road . The whole design was established based on the idea – “INSIDE OUT”. As per our observation the building was in a solid cube form, to break it’s conventional form, the facade is created in curvature cladded with solid zinc and to visually highlight it , a frame using an aluminum sheet has been added around with indirect lighting that enhance the curvature .The horizontal band on the curved surface aid in the penetration of light and air to inside spaces .They are surrounded by unorganized pixeled square form that projects the effect of blast . The facade creates an enchanting view through amalgamation of smoothness of and rawness of materials.

A multi-story commercial building is aesthetically beautified by using very different material such as Corten steel. Designing a whole façade in Corten steel gives a rustic appeal, which is breaking a regular mindset of commercial building façade. It is cladded with perforated panels to make surface naturally breathable. Also, there is an undulation created on facade to perform an interesting play on flat surface.

The planning of this house is done keeping the needs of a small nuclear family in mind with sought for privacy and luxury living. Since the house is located at the junction of two roads and at the edge of the street of the row houses, the main objective was to was to balance the privacy of the users and aquire the natural light through the openings in the façade. The exterior of the house is a composition of cuboids cladded in granite and wood creating a contrast and moderating the block. The interiors of the house has a modern and luxurious material pallettle comprised of wood, veneer, Italian marbles, colours, brass and other metals. Each spaces were created reflecting the nature of the members of the family. The overall environment is keep subtle and soothing with some colours on furniture adding vibrancy to the house
