ICON BUSINESS CENTRE is situated at epicenter of Surat, and is a perfect fusion of form & function. The showrooms are enhanced with full glass façade to optimize branding and visibility. The project rests on a sound ecological concept. Double Glass Units system are implemented in the façade to provide thermal and sound insulation. Elevated floor line from the wall cladded with the zinc breaks the consistent rigid feel of glass pattens.
